Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation Upon scheduling, you will receive a Google Calendar invitation outlining your trip details, including: *Launch location, date, and time. *Guest count and financial summary (Amount Paid / Balance Due). *Specific trip goals. Please review this invitation carefully. We ask that you contact Captain Dan a few days prior to your trip to confirm final logistics and weather conditions. Deposit & Cancellation Policy Deposits: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Payments: The remaining balance is due upon the conclusion of your trip. We prefer cash, though electronic payment options are available. Rescheduling: Because your reservation prevents other guests from booking, trips are held rain or shine. Rescheduling is only permitted if the Captain deems weather or water conditions hazardous. No-Show Policy: Cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged the full trip amount. Onboard Policies & Safety Licensing: Our vessel’s license covers all guests; individual fishing licenses are not required. Safety: In accordance with safety regulations, children aged 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times while on board. Equipment: Goober Time Guide Service provides professional-grade tackle and gear. Guests are responsible for the cost of any equipment lost or damaged during the trip.
