50, 75, or 100 ft x 6 ft gill net. 1 3/4 mesh. 6lb mono.

The net comes ready to use with 2 floats, 2 weights (4 lbs each), and a crate to store it. All you need to do is write your personal information on the buoys and buy your gill net license. Contact us if you do not need weights/floats/totes for better pricing.

Which Net is Right for You?

Floating gill nets have buoys along the top line (in addition to end buoys) to keep the top line at the surface. This makes it easy to see when bait is in the net. These nets are great 3 season nets (Spring, Summer, Fall) when the bait is shallow/roaming.

Sinking nets are exactly the same but without the small buoys along the top line. These nets are great for the winter when the bait is deep.

Goober Time Guide Service Recommendations:

* Summer ,Fall, and Spring we recommend 50, 75, or 100 ft floating nets.

* Winter, we recommend 75 or 100 ft sinking nets to catch the deep shad.

* On our guide boat, we run a 75 ft floating net in warmer months and a 50-75 ft sinking net in the winter.
